Where do we ship? 

    We currently ship to USA and Canada. We hope to ship worldwide soon.  

How long will my order take to arrive?

    Shipping within the USA usually takes about 5-7 business days. Shipping to Canada usually takes 14-20 business days. **Please keep in mind these estimates are subject to delay due to Covid-19. 

How long do Custom Orders take to ship?

    When placing a custom order, please allow 10-12 days for the order to be made (unless otherwise specified on product page) then refer to the shipping times listed above.

What do I do if I don't receive my order? 

    We track all order from the moment they leave our hands. If your order hasn't arrived please let us know so we can try and locate your package for you. 

Why is Canadian shipping so expensive?

    Shipping is strictly calculated based on your Postal Code. We charge exactly what it costs to ship our items to you. Please understand we have zero control over shipping prices. 

RETURNS

What items are eligible for returns?

    At this time our products are not eligible for returns due to current Covid-19 business practices. Please make sure to measure your wrist BEFORE placing your order to ensure proper fit.
